A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.

The balance should be paid in full (and have cleared if a cheque) no later than 14 days before the wedding date.

Dvd proofing discs are for you to keep and produce prints when you need, these however are not to be used for commercial purposes. All media and products will only be released once the balance is paid in full, all images will forever remain the copyright of photographybyclare.com, but use will be limited to furtherment of Photographybyclare.com only. 

These terms and conditions will be further clarified by a signed contract once a booking is secured.
